Description: Find balance with your external and internal worlds, through SUP Yoga. Suitable for all levels, SUP Yoga will connect you to Mother Nature and her elements, invite presence and invigorate you, all while allowing you to feel into your strength.

Angie Hildebrand is a Breckenridge-based mountain babe, adventurer in the everyday, coffee fiend, yoga teacher and Studio Manager with Meta Yoga Studios, pup mama, wife, and bonus mom. Angie is also the owner of Joyfully Journeyed, in which she guides women to reconnect to their joy through nature and yoga-infused experiences that inspire them to embrace the journey of their life.
